When trying to add a user who previously had an active seat with Storyblocks, first navigate to the Manage Teams tab. Please note that you must be an account administrator on your Storyblocks for Business subscription.
Use the the table to find your user. Click the "Activate" button next to the user in the table. This will reactivate the user's access and send them an email inviting them to your account.
If you are not finding the user, make sure to first check that the switch for "Show Canceled" is enabled. By toggling the switch, you will now see all of the users who had been deactivated.

Alternativeπ‘: Using the Forgot Password link, users can set their own password for themselves as long as an account has been created for themselves. There is an expiration window they would need to worry about.
